Betterfelt LTD (בטרפלט בע״מ), company number 516622438, trading as Echoshape, is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Our address is 8 Kahol Street, Misgav-Teradyon Industrial Park, Israel.
For questions about privacy or to exercise your rights, email hello@echoshape.com. Our team member responsible for handling these requests is Nati Fried.
When you contact us, we use the details you provide to answer your enquiry and discuss the products or project you asked about. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, role, company, country, optional telephone number, message and the product or page concerned. We also keep the receipt time and information needed to deliver, secure and manage the request. Please avoid including sensitive personal information or information about other people that we do not need.
For a request you make as a prospective contracting party, we process the necessary information to take steps at your request before a contract. For other business enquiries, including contacts made on behalf of an organization, we rely on our legitimate interest in answering relevant requests and managing business correspondence. Providing the required contact details is necessary for us to handle the form request; optional fields are identified on the form.
You can send an enquiry without accepting Analytics or Marketing cookies. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing emails. We do not use the contents of your enquiry as website advertising-event data.
Enquiries that do not become customer relationships are deleted 12 months after handling is completed. Spam and test submissions are deleted within 30 days. When an enquiry becomes a customer relationship, necessary records follow the retention requirements applicable to that relationship, including legal obligations and the establishment or defence of legal claims where relevant. Records subject to a documented legal requirement or claim may be retained for that purpose and restricted from unrelated use.
Our hosting provider receives technical information necessary to serve and protect the website, such as an IP address, browser information, request time and requested resource. We use this processing to deliver the pages you request, detect abuse and maintain a secure service. We do not use necessary hosting logs to reconstruct advertising journeys for people who reject optional measurement. Operational logs are retained for the hosting provider's service, security and incident-handling purposes under its applicable retention arrangements; information about those arrangements is available on request.
We store your Analytics and Marketing choices in your browser under es-consent so the site can respect them. This necessary preference storage is separate from optional analytics and advertising. It remains until you change or clear it. Clearing browser storage may cause the site to ask again. You can change your choices using in the footer.
We do not operate the separate server-side banner-choice tally in this version of the website. We do not claim to know the browsing journey of every visitor who declines optional measurement.
If you permit Analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and interactions such as viewing products or projects, downloading documents, selecting contact links and successfully submitting a form. Data may include browser/device information, approximate location, page and campaign information, event times and browser identifiers. Our event implementation does not intentionally send your name, email address or message. Google Signals and advertising-personalization signals are disabled in our website configuration.
The service uses first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_GBSGJSFLZ2; these may remain for up to two years and may be refreshed on return visits, unless cleared or withdrawn. Cookie lifetime is different from the retention of Google's event data. Standard GA4 user/event retention settings are capped at 14 months; user-identifier retention may restart with new activity, and standard aggregate reports are not subject to the same deletion window. We use analytics reports to assess website and campaign performance. See Google's data-retention explanation and Google's privacy information.
The basis for this optional processing is your consent. Declining it does not prevent browsing or making an enquiry.
If you permit Marketing, Meta Pixel helps measure visits and actions associated with our Facebook and Instagram advertising and create advertising audiences. Meta receives event and technical information, which may be associated with your Meta account or other information under Meta's policies. Our implementation does not intentionally send the contents of your enquiry or enable automatic form-field matching.
Meta may use _fbp and, when applicable, _fbc cookies with a lifetime of up to 90 days. We maintain a website-visitor advertising audience with a 30-day membership window. That window is not a promise that Meta deletes all underlying information after 30 days. See Meta's Privacy Policy for its processing and retention practices.
The basis for this optional processing is your consent. You can decline Marketing while allowing Analytics, or decline both. Withdrawing a choice stops future website events for that purpose and removes the relevant first-party cookies the site controls; it does not automatically erase data already received by a provider. You may also contact us about your rights.
To offer accessibility adjustments, the website loads accessiBe's accessibility tool on its pages. When it loads, the provider may process technical information, IP address, URL, accessibility preferences and page/interaction information described in its privacy notice. The tool is not part of Analytics or Marketing, and your cookie choices do not change it.
We use Netlify to host the site and process form submissions, including its spam-filtering service providers such as Akismet. Google provides our email service and, only when permitted, website analytics. Meta provides the optional advertising measurement described above. accessiBe provides the accessibility tool. Authorized staff and our website service providers, including Stuff Design, may access relevant information to operate the website and handle requests on our behalf. We limit access to the work they need to perform.
Information may be processed in Israel and in other countries where these providers and their subprocessors operate, including the United States. Depending on the recipient and processing, applicable safeguards may include an adequacy decision or contractual safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Netlify's published Data Processing Agreement describes its transfer arrangements. Contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your information. A provider's participation in a framework is not a statement that every recipient or transfer is covered by it.
Links to WhatsApp, social networks or other external services take you to those providers, whose own privacy terms apply to their services. Clicking a contact link does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
Subject to applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you solely through automated processing.
Contact hello@echoshape.com. We respond within one month, subject to lawful extensions or exceptions, and will explain any applicable limitation. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify and locate the request. You may complain to the relevant data protection authority, including the authority where you live or work in the EU/EEA.
We update this notice when our processing changes and show the effective date of the current version.
