Good for spaces,
Good for the planet.

Every panel begins as something thrown away, and ends as a space people want to stay in.

Responsibility is part of our decision making

Beyond sustainability as a value our connection to nature shapes how we design, develop, and maintain.

We're mindful of our environmental impact and take real steps to protect the natural world around us.

It begins with a bottle

Soft-drink bottles and cleaning-product containers made of PET are identified by the recycling mark and collected from consumers.

Caps off, shredded to flakes

Caps and contaminating labels are removed. The bottles are shredded into small flakes.

Washed until they are clean

The flakes are washed and sanitised.

Melted with colour

Flakes and colour are mixed in a heated vessel that melts them into liquid resin.

Drawn out into fibre

The liquid resin is pushed through heated tubes, and that turns it into fibres.

Cooled by air

Fans cool the fibres.

Blended into an airy web

The fibres are drawn, cut and blended so that an airy fibre web is formed.

Pressed into a board

The airy web is pressed, which compacts and strengthens it. The board is ready to use.
